Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of restaurant equipment including refrigeration units, ovens, dishwashers, fryers, and other commercial appliances Install new kitchen appliances and equipment following detailed schematics and technical specifications Conduct routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures and extend lifespan Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and refrigeration systems using ladder diagrams and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently and safely Operate company vehicles for delivery of parts or equipment as needed Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about repair processes and maintenance needs Experience Proven experience in appliance repair, installation, or maintenance within a commercial or restaurant setting Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in refrigeration systems, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC components Skilled in reading schematics and ladder diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems Hands-on experience with electrical work, power tools, hand tools, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices Previous delivery driver experience or operation of company vehicles is a plus Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting techniques to quickly identify root causes of issues Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Join us to make a tangible impact by keeping essential restaurant equipment running flawlessly!
