Job Description

Job Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, an Electronic Technician installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs automated systems, PLCs, drives, motors or industrial equipment. They troubleshoot electrical/mechanical components, ensure system efficiency and read technical schematics to minimize machine downtime. Must have strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities System Maintenance:
Install, calibrate, and repair automated machinery, control panels, and field devices (sensors, motors, photo eyes).
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose malfunctions in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Drives, and 480V 3-phase systems.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of, repairs, and updates to wiring diagrams and system documentation. Utilization of CMMS system, SAP.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all machinery and systems comply with industry safety regulations and electrical codes.

$35.00 - $38.00 per hour
