•11:00 PM Position Overview Smith Personnel is hiring experienced Fiber Optic Laser Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting equipment and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a shop environment. This position focuses on operating TRUMPF laser equipment used in a manufacturing operation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years of CNC laser cutting experience required Fiber optic/CNC laser operating experience preferred TRUMPF laser experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow safety and production procedures Responsibilities Operate CNC fiber optic laser cutting equipment Set up and monitor laser cutting operations Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Perform routine machine checks and minor troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow production schedules and work instructions Meet production and quality standards Pay $19.00
