Your Impact Maintain and repair semi trailers with a focus on brakes, suspension systems, and electrical components. Diagnose faults using professional diagnostic tools and proven testing methods. Conduct safety inspections and provide clear, actionable repair recommendations. Document every repair and maintenance step with accuracy. Coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines and quality expectations. Stay informed on industry standards, best practices, and new technologies. Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication on findings and next steps. What Sets You Up for Success High school diploma or equivalent; automotive/diesel technical certification preferred. Proven background as a semi trailer technician or similar role. Deep knowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring/controls, and chassis assemblies. Proficiency reading and applying technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Exceptional diagnostic thinking and attention to detail. Ability to thrive independently and within a team environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
