Job Description
Printer / Field Service Technician Katy, TX 77449 Up to $25.00/hour | Full-Time Contract Do you enjoy troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and solving technical problems? Revolution Technologies is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support a major retail distribution environment in Katy, TX . If you have hands-on experience repairing printers, multifunction devices, or other office imaging equipment, we'd like to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, diagnosing equipment issues, and delivering quality customer service. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair multifunction printers and office imaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and replace defective components. Install equipment and deliver printer supplies as needed. Troubleshoot hardware and technical issues to restore equipment quickly. Document service activity and communicate repair status. Provide basic product guidance and technical support to end users. Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently. What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of printer/MFP break-fix experience . Experience repairing or replacing printer components. Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Basic computer proficiency. Microsoft Office experience is a plus. Position Details Monday-Friday schedule Occasional standby hours may be required. Government background check required.
