Your expertise in single-ply, coatings, and built-up system knowledge will be instrumental in delivering reliable solutions that keep our clients' operations running smoothly. Duties Lead all commercial service projects, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems across diverse client sites. Interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams to troubleshoot complex roofing issues efficiently. Perform commercial service and ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct routine inspections of roofing systems to identify potential issues before they escalate. Manage service calls from start to finish—prioritizing tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. Operate company vehicles responsibly while maintaining accurate documentation of service activities and parts used. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in single ply, coatings, and built-up systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or mentoring technicians. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and understanding of all roofing systems. Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience, equipment maintenance, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations). Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and effectively; familiarity with heat guns, robots, kettles, drones, and thermal imaging for moisture readings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management Apps. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail; ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
