In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems that monitor and control complex facility processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless system performance, safety, and efficiency across our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where innovation and precision are key to success. Duties Install, configure, and create SCADA software components to ensure accurate data acquisition and system control Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, remote I/O devices Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and AutoCAD drawings to support system maintenance and upgrades Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments, ohmmeters, and vision inspection systems to verify system integrity Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment including sensors, input/output devices, and motors Support field service activities by diagnosing electrical faults and replacing faulty components Collaborate with engineering teams to develop system modifications using tools like Ignition SCADA software Travel to customer sites as necessary within a 300-mile radius Experience Proven experience as an industrial technician or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or process environments Strong knowledge of digital logic, electrical systems, sensors, calibration techniques, and schematics reading Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human machine interfaces (HMIs), and vision inspection systems Familiarity with AutoCAD for designing or interpreting technical drawings related to electrical or mechanical installations Background working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems in field service or industrial settings Experience with calibration procedures using precision instruments such as ohmmeters or specialized sensor testers Knowledge of Ignition SCADA, programming, machine vision systems is a plus Join us to leverage your technical expertise in a vibrant environment where your skills directly impact operational excellence!
