Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team in Rosharon, TX. If you possess a strong mechanical background and have practical experience managing automated machinery, we invite you to apply. Your primary focus will be ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production line by interacting with advanced machinery, including hydraulic systems, conveyors, HMIs, and various semi-automated tools. Core Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operation of semi-automated manufacturing machinery. Utilize touchscreen interfaces and HMI systems to effectively regulate production cycles. Execute mechanical tooling swaps and installations utilizing standard hand tools like torque and Allen wrenches. Support the operation of diverse production assets such as robotic units, hydraulic presses, and conveyor systems. Provide real-time troubleshooting and equipment adjustments to ensure continuous production flow. Track equipment output, process metrics, and overall product quality standards. Adhere strictly to established production timelines, operational guidelines, and safety protocols. Help maintain an orderly and sanitized workspace to improve overall team efficiency. Ensure a secure working environment for all staff by strictly following lockout/tagout and other safety mandates. Candidate Requirements Prior professional experience within industrial, manufacturing, or automated production settings. Proven mechanical aptitude with a history of performing equipment setups and tooling modifications. Proficiency in utilizing hand tools to conduct routine mechanical repairs and diagnostics. Foundational understanding of electrical systems and safe machinery handling practices. Direct experience or exposure to working with hydraulic presses and related fluid power systems. Familiarity with operating automated systems, including conveyors, robots, and touchscreen HMIs. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems through effective troubleshooting. Capacity to thrive and remain productive within a high-speed manufacturing atmosphere. Desired Qualifications Background in managing semi-automated production lines or industrial automation hardware. Capability to interpret fundamental electrical or mechanical diagrams and schematics. Completion of vocational or technical coursework in mechatronics, industrial tech, or manufacturing. Documented safety certifications, such as electrical awareness, forklift operation, or lockout/tagout procedures. A high school diploma or GED is a mandatory requirement for this position.
