In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Gilbarco fuel dispensing equipment and related systems. Your expertise will ensure that fueling stations operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, providing exceptional service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier customer support. If you are not currently certified or have been certified in the last 12 months, please do not apply. Duties Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of Gilbarco fuel dispensers and associated hardware using detailed schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot complex electronic and mechanical issues involving sensors, vision inspection systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and distributed control systems. Conduct diagnostics on high voltage and low voltage electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and calibration tools to verify system accuracy and performance. Interpret AutoCAD drawings and schematics to accurately diagnose system faults or plan upgrades. Service and repair components including hydraulic systems, sensors, calibration devices, and mechanical assemblies. Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and ensuring minimal downtime during repairs or installations. Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation of all work performed for compliance and quality assurance purposes. Experience Proven experience working as an industrial electrician or in industrial maintenance roles within manufacturing or similar environments. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, sensors, calibration techniques, and vision inspection systems. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CNC machinery, AutoCAD drawings, and distributed control systems. Hands-on experience with high voltage (HV) and low voltage electrical systems; knowledge of E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) is highly desirable. Ability to read schematics accurately using precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and multimeters. Experience working in field service roles with a focus on troubleshooting complex electrical/electronic issues in outdoor or industrial settings. Background in military or similar disciplined environments is a plus due to the technical rigor required for this role. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients at all levels.
