Responsibilities Install, calibrate, and maintain various types of industrial weighing scales and related equipment to ensure precise measurements. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of scale systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Perform calibration checks and adjustments following industry standards to guarantee measurement accuracy. Document maintenance activities, calibration records, and system performance logs meticulously. Collaborate with operations teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow and ensure safety protocols are followed during all procedures. Assist in training staff on proper use and basic troubleshooting of weighing equipment. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices related to scale systems. Requirements Feel free to apply if you are interested in the scale industry but have yet to begin the journey. Must be 25 or older. Proven experience working with industrial or commercial weighing scales, including installation, calibration, and maintenance. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical components of scale systems. Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to equipment maintenance in industrial environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise calibration tasks. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and calibration documentation clearly. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work accurately.
