Job description Southlake/Flower Mound, TX | Full-Time We are an upscale California-based Medical Spa and Hormone Replacement Center specializing in aesthetics and Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. We are looking for an experienced laser technician with a passion for this industry to be a part of a growing team. This position would require a self-motivated, enthusiastic and friendly individual who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service from the client's initial phone call through the entire patient experience. This ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal, computer and written skills and must display a professional, positive and friendly attitude.
They also must be able to execute job requirements with accuracy and precision while multitasking in a very busy environment. Current laser license and certificates required for TX Full understanding of Fitzpatrick for all skin types Open minded to further education and expansion of skill set Good sense of symmetry, balance relating to aesthetics Previous Med Spa experience not required but preferred such as Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon Office Excellent communication skills, highest level of customer service, compliant with standards of care, both written and sanitation, according to TX law Ability to focus on detail, medical charting completion- extremely important Possess the ability to achieve optimal results for patients while providing the very best customer service Ensure the safety of our clients at all times Multi-task in a fast paced environment Opportunity to grow with our company Competitive hourly plus bonus
