What You'll Do You'll own the reliability and uptime of our production equipment. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing, filling, and packaging systems in a GMP-regulated environment. When equipment fails, you identify the root cause. When downtime can be prevented, you build the processes and maintenance practices that keep production moving. This role owns equipment performance. What You'll Work On Encapsulators, fillers, conveyors, labelers, heat tunnels, and transfer systems Motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics, and AC/DC electrical systems Preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and documentation Equipment troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis Equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades Work order management within digital maintenance systems Basic facility, utility, and production support as needed You'll coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and system integrators when issues extend beyond on-site capabilities—but most days, you're the one solving the problem. What Success Looks Like Equipment uptime improves and downtime events are documented with clear root causes Preventive maintenance activities are completed consistently and on schedule Production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and within GMP requirements Maintenance records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready Operators trust your judgment and technical expertise Equipment issues are resolved quickly with minimal production disruption What You Bring 3-5+ years maintaining automated manufacturing, filling, packaging, or production equipment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of motors, sensors, drives, pneumatics, and AC/DC circuits Experience executing preventive maintenance programs and documenting maintenance activities Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license Preferred Experience Filling, packaging, or encapsulation equipment (BellatRx experience a plus) GMP-regulated manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or dietary supplement) Exposure to PLC troubleshooting and automation controls Experience supporting continuous improvement or equipment reliability initiatives Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits & Compensation We invest in our team with benefits designed to support sustained performance, long-term growth, and personal well-being. 100% company-paid health premiums for employees and families Mental wellness and employee support resources Fitness reimbursement up to $1,000/year Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year Professional development reimbursement up to $5,000/year $150/month in Diversified Botanics products plus 50% employee discount thereafter Free meals, drinks, and company celebrations Discretionary quarterly bonus program 401(k) with 100% match on the first 2% and 50% match on the next 4% AI Proficiency & Innovation AI literacy is considered a core professional capability at Diversified Botanics.
