Job Description
•Urgently Hiring Qualified Candidates• E-Labs is an aerospace and defense test lab looking for technicians to assist in day-to-day operations. Entry-level technicians must have a validate driver's license and reliable transportation. The daily tasks and requirements of an engineering technician include: Test set-up, breakdown, and data logging Painting, cleaning up, and assembly of equipment Some outside work, assisting senior technicians as needed Heavy lifting of test setup equipment and test items up to 50lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time and regularly working on feet Position offers potential for accelerated advancement. Technical writing experience is a highly encouraged. Normal work hours for are 8 am to 4:30 pm with overtime work as needed. With an ever-changing work environment, multitasking, being a self-starter, and the ability to take direction and work independently are necessary requirements of the job. Technicians will interface with customers and must present a professional appearance at all times. Associates Degree is preferred but can be substituted with work experience. •Technician role is not a medical or IT-related job•
