Collision Center Assistant ManagerTinney Chevrolet GMC - Collision Center Tinney Chevrolet GMC Tinney Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Collision Center Assistant Manager to help lead our rapidly growing Collision Center. This is a leadership role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both the front-end estimating process and the back-end production side of collision repair operations. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily collision center operations, manage repair flow, support customer communication, maintain cycle time efficiency, and ensure repairs meet OEM and insurance standards. Responsibilities Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE Assist with managing daily production flow and repair scheduling Coordinate repairs between technicians, parts department, insurance companies, and customers Monitor cycle times, supplement approvals, and repair quality Ensure OEM repair procedures and safety standards are followed Perform vehicle damage analysis and blueprinting Communicate repair updates with customers and insurance partners Assist in maintaining DRP relationships and insurer compliance standards Help manage technician productivity and shop efficiency Review completed repairs for quality control before delivery Support continuous improvement in CSI, workflow, and profitability Assist with training and developing collision center staff Maintain proper documentation in Dealertrack and CCC ONE systems Qualifications Previous collision estimating experience required Production management or collision shop leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software Understanding of insurance repair procedures and DRP operations Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume repair environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of OEM repair standards and procedures Valid driver's license with clean driving record I-CAR training or certifications preferred ASE certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive pay plan based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Career advancement opportunities State-of-the-art collision facility Supportive team environment Ongoing training and OEM certification opportunities If you are passionate about collision repair, leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence, we want to speak with you.
