Canada Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on machine testing with customer-facing support, ensuring our products meet the highest standards before delivery and that customers receive exceptional service post-installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform final testing and quality assurance of machines prior to shipment Set up and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes with customers Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support over the phone Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues Travel as needed to support on-site customer needs, installations, and testing Document testing procedures, results, and customer interactions

Qualifications:

Strong technical background (mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred) Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to travel as required Military background is highly preferred

Preferred Skills:

Experience with industrial machinery or manufacturing environments Familiarity with testing protocols and quality assurance processes Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
