Vending Machine Technician

Vending Machine Technician Deli-Matic Deli-Matic is Roanoke's largest independent full line vending and Micro-Market company that offers Micro-Markets, Vending and Office Coffee service to our customers throughout the Roanoke Valley and surrounding area's. For over 41 years we have proven to provide great service to our customers. We are looking for customer focused service technician who would perform repairs, preventive maintenance (on site and in the field) and installation of new equipment. Primary duties would include but not be limited to the following: Drive a company issued vehicle to respond, diagnose and repair equipment in need of repair Perform preventative maintenance on equipment scheduled for routine service Maintain our parts area with proper inventory and order parts as needed Prep equipment for new installations and help with the installation of such equipment on customer sites Responsible for maintenance task on site which could include minor truck repairs and minor repairs around the office and warehouse Preferred skills: The ability to operate a handheld device to obtain calls, create service tickets and close tickets Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing and electronics Organized and ability to perform task in a clean and satisfactory manor Prior vending machine technician experience preferred but not required
