2nd Shift with potential for overtime Our Winchester, VA yogurt manufacturing plant is looking for a seasoned Maintenance Technician III/IV. Core Duties Execute scheduled maintenance, regular inspections, and necessary repairs on manufacturing machinery. Identify and resolve issues within pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical frameworks to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Support the team with instrumentation, electrical setups, drive systems, and PLC control tasks. Keep technical manuals, electrical schematics, and PLC records current and organized. Work alongside production staff to streamline repair priorities and boost overall operational efficiency. Provide support during the commissioning and installation phases of new industrial assets. Document all repair tasks, parts inventory usage, and maintenance logs with precision. Uphold strict adherence to all quality standards, facility protocols, and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for your colleagues. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or an equivalent educational program is preferred. Vocational schooling or technical certifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines are considered an asset. Background in industrial maintenance, including electrical system troubleshooting and preventive care, is desired. Proficiency in automation and PLC control systems is a significant advantage. Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and the capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group.
