Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Service Technician
  • Will Train for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn product lines, service procedures, and technical documentation through structured training.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate customer instruments and equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment issues, determine appropriate repairs, and prepare service quotes and documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service requests, repair status, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, repair notes, and documentation.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, loaner equipment coordination, and occasional customer site visits for inspections. Compensation and Benefits
  • Direct hire opportunity.
  • Salary up to $62,000 per year.
  • Full-time, on-site schedule.
  • Location:
    Bellevue, WA 98004.
  • Benefits available after 90 days include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and calibrate customer equipment and instruments.
  • Learn technical procedures, product information, and service documentation.
  • Prepare service documentation, quotes, repair notes, and customer updates.
  • Support equipment handling, shipping, receiving, and loaner coordination.
  • Mechanically inclined with an interest in hands-on technical work.
  • Less than 1 year to 2 years of related experience preferred, with training provided.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures, technical instructions, and quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new equipment and repair methods.
  • Comfortable communicating professionally with customers and team members.
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate work.
  • Able to work full-time on site in Bellevue, WA. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive repair, assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, electronics repair, facilities, construction, skilled trades, or equipment repair.
  • Hands-on hobbies involving machinery, vehicles, computers, electronics, tools, or mechanical systems.
  • Previous experience reading service documentation, repair notes, technical instructions, or equipment manuals.
  • Customer service experience in a technical, repair, service, or hands-on work environment.
