• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to work under limited supervision to test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic and mechanical systems. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical training, including those transitioning from military service or similar hands-on environments.
• Responsibilities
• + Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic or mechanical systems and equipment + Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics + Execute testing procedures using manufacturing and engineering instructions + Document issues through non-conformance reports and support root cause analysis + Perform manual and automated testing using specialized equipment + Calibrate and adjust units using precision tools and techniques •Required Skills & Experience•+ 5+ years of hands-on technical experience •or equivalent training (military, vocational, or educational)•+ Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics, circuitry, or mechanical systems + Experience working in structured environments with defined procedures (manufacturing, repair, military, etc.

) + Familiarity with computer systems and technical documentation + Strong communication skills (written and verbal) + Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and test equipment + High attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience in
• electronics repair, avionics, communications systems, or similar military technical roles
• + Soldering and assembly experience + Experience with multiple systems (time entry, MRP, PDM, etc.)
