• Overview
• The Electronics Technician tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies electronic and electro-mechanical products and systems. This role applies electronic principles and testing methods to ensure quality, reliability, and production efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical assemblies to the component level + Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation + Perform automated and manual testing using specialized equipment + Calibrate and adjust units; document results and non-conformance reports + Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, KPIs, Standard Work) + Maintain test records and equipment documentation + Assist with training and technical support of other technicians + Work overtime as needed •Qualifications•+ 5+ years of related experience or equivalent education + Strong troubleshooting and circuit-level repair skills + Manufacturing or repair environment experience + Proficiency with computer systems and test software + Excellent communication and manual dexterity + Assembly and soldering experience preferred •Work Environment•Manufacturing setting requiring PPE.

Primarily seated work at a bench using computers and microscopes. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
