Pay:
$32-36/hour (DOE) Schedule Morning shift with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM 8-hour shifts About the Role We're hiring a skilled Electronics Technician to work with minimal supervision testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electronic and mechanical systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on technical experience, including candidates with military or similar backgrounds. What You'll Do Test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electronic and mechanical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform testing using engineering and manufacturing procedures Document defects and support root cause analysis Conduct manual and automated testing using specialized equipment Calibrate and adjust components using precision tools What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on technical experience or equivalent training (military, vocational, or education) Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics, circuitry, or mechanical systems Experience in structured environments (manufacturing, repair, military, etc.) Comfortable working with technical documentation and computer systems Strong communication skills Ability to quickly learn new equipment, tools, and systems High attention to detail and strong manual dexterity Preferred Experience Experience in electronics repair, avionics, or communications systems Military technical experience Soldering and electronic assembly Experience working with systems like MRP, PDM, or time tracking tools Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lynnwood, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $66800.00 - $76731.00/yr.
