Job Description
The Commercial & Residential Property Maintenance person is responsible for all maintenance services required in our portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
DUTIES:
- Minor electrical repair
- Minor plumbing repair
- Minor HVAC
- Painting, cleaning, suite/apartment turnovers
- Light Snow removal
- Maintaining records as needed
- Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous maintenance experience (preferred)
- Must have valid drivers license and be willing to travel within an assigned local territory (Company vehicle provided)
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in outside weather conditions and exposed to wet, cold, and/or hot and humid conditions
- Ability to write routine reports or correspondence
- Compliance with all security and safety policies
EDUCATION
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Pay commensurate with experience
JOB TYPE
- Position can be full time or part time for the right candidate
- Work hours Monday through Friday, exact schedule
