1st Shift - 4×10-hour days (hours flexible for candidates who can troubleshoot AMADA lasers and support programming)

Pay:

$30+/hour (negotiable based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Laser Technician to operate, maintain, and program our AMADA fiber laser systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who prefers programming and process improvement over pure machine operation. You will play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring high-quality laser cutting results. Key Responsibilities Operate AMADA fiber laser cutting systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues on the laser Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Program and optimize laser cutting jobs Fine-tune laser parameters for material quality, speed, and consistency Support continuous improvement of laser processes and nesting efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Required Qualifications Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting AMADA fiber lasers Ability to program and tune laser parameters Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Willingness to work a 4×10 schedule with some flexibility around troubleshooting and programming needs

Pay:
