Job Description

Engineering Documentation Coordinator Pay:
$20-$26/hour (based on experience) Help Keep Engineering Moving We're looking for a detail-oriented Engineering Documentation Coordinator to support our Engineering team by creating, organizing, and maintaining the documentation that drives our manufacturing process. If you enjoy working with CAD software, technical drawings, and keeping projects organized, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in engineering and manufacturing. What You'll Do Create and update engineering documentation and technical drawings using SolidWorks. Maintain bills of material (BOMs), engineering files, and manufacturing documentation. Assist with revisions to product documentation based on engineering and production feedback. Process engineering documentation changes and maintain accurate records. Generate and maintain ERP data to support manufacturing accuracy. Coordinate documentation releases with Engineering, Production, and Planning teams. Organize engineering files and maintain project tracking information. Support production by researching documentation questions and assisting with updates. Participate in document reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency. What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, CAD Technology, Mechanical Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred; training available for the right candidate). Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn refrigeration systems and manufacturing processes. Experience creating or updating technical drawings is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams.
