- 12:45 AM $1,500 sign-on bonus Full benefits package Stable, growing electronics manufacturer Casual and team-oriented environment Career growth and technical skill development Work with automated manufacturing equipment and PCB assembly processes What You'll Do Run and monitor automated manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot machine and production issues Perform basic machine adjustments and fine-tuning Support equipment maintenance and repairs Monitor product quality and process performance Assist with prototype and production builds Help maintain workflow within the production department What We're Looking For Associate degree in Electronics, CNC, Automotive, Computer Programming, PC Repair, or related field preferred Equivalent hands-on technical or manufacturing experience considered Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Comfortable working with automated equipment Basic computer skills (Excel and Word) Strong attention to detail and quality Preferred Experience (Not Required) SMT/PCB Manufacturing Electronics manufacturing Automated assembly equipment Industrial or manufacturing troubleshooting Schedule 2nd shift: Monday•
