Job Description

Winsert is seeking qualified candidates in our Inspection Department! These positions are responsible for proficiently and safely visibly inspecting products for defects to ensure parts meet our customer conformance standards. C Shift (
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
6:00am•6:00pm) D Shift (
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
6:00pm•6:00am)
Pay:
$21•$27per hour Weekend shifts work 36 hours and are paid for 40! D shift offers an additional shift premium of $2 per hour! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Reading, comprehending and following routings, work instructions, and blue prints.
Use all general equipment:
dial calipers, profilometer, operational drawings, and optical comparator. Packaging of product when required. Filling out necessary documentation to complete procedures. Knowledge of Etch processes to be sure all functions are performed in compliance with quality control and safety standards. Operation and set up of automatic laser etch equipment Able to follow Order Schedule or other related priority listing for work schedule
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required Exercise suitable time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to use basic hand tools Understanding of basic mathematics Consistency and personal accountability Ability to use basic computer skills for ERP systems and Microsoft based programs
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be tested annually to have natural or corrected near distance acuity in at least one eye. Must be able to differentiate between colors used. Ability to lift fifty pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction). Requires exposure to machines and chemicals.

High school diploma or equivalent
