This role collaborates with other technicians, tool room personnel, engineers, department managers, and operators during the analysis and implementation phases of various projects.
Pay:
Starting pay at $22.50 per hour Automatic pay increases at 90 days and 6 months! Sign-on bonus of $1,500 paid out in two installments at 30 days and 90 days 1st Shift hours - no weekends required! Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed. Analyze, modify, and build machines, tools, fixtures, jigs, templates, and guards. Analyze and implement engineering projects. Troubleshoot engineering and maintenance issues. Maintain a valid powered industrial vehicle (PIV) license if applicable. Lead project teams and participate in process improvement workshops. Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed. Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures. Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
