Take the next step in your career—apply today! Our Electro-Mechanical Technicians are key players in our organization who maintain and repair equipment in a non-foundry manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and minimizing downtime to ensure maximum production efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues; analyze root causes and perform repairs. Work with Fanuc or similar robotics systems, CNC controls, programmable logic controllers, and other automation systems. Design, draw, and interpret electrical circuits and schematics. Use multimeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the board level. Replace electrical components on circuit boards. Interpret, write, and test ladder logic programs for programmable controllers. Perform data backups and recover equipment from data loss. Collaborate with technical support to diagnose failures and document procedures. Understand and use computerized maintenance management software. Perform physical tasks, including working in tight spaces and on slippery surfaces. Align with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Take on additional assignments as needed. You:
Certificate from a college or technical school in Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical fields, or 3-6 years of relevant experience. CNC Maintenance, Fanuc, and Robotics experience required.
Preferred:
Training in general safety, Lockout Tagout, HAZCOM, Forklift safety, Quality System Awareness, and Arc Flash. Good attendance is essential for this role.
