The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automation systems, with expertise in electro-mechanical machinery maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes through the implementation and maintenance of automated systems. Responsibilities Strong background troubleshooting, modifying and/or programming Fanuc or ABB robots Electro-mechanical aptitude to perform preventative maintenance and repair of automated machines Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement solutions effectively. Conduct field service visits to address customer needs and provide technical support. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing systems and integrate new technologies. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Strong background troubleshooting, modifying and/or programming Fanuc or ABB robots Electro-mechanical aptitude to perform preventative maintenance and repair of automated machines Excellent communication skills Comfortable with 25% travel Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
