Job Description

Job Overview In this role, you'll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment—handling everything from routine services like oil changes and tire installs to more in-depth mechanical work and unit setups. We're looking for someone with solid mechanical experience (automotive, ag, small engine, or powersports) who can troubleshoot problems, take pride in their work, and is willing to keep learning—we can teach the powersports side if you've got the skills. You'll work alongside a laid-back team in a heated and air-conditioned shop, with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule and employee discounts on parts, gear, and machines. If you're tired of the same old wrenching routine and want to work on something a little more exciting, this might be your move. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, tire mounting/balancing, inspections) Complete new unit assembly and setup to manufacturer standards Install accessories and aftermarket parts (winches, plows, roofs, audio systems, etc.) Accurately document work performed and communicate findings to service advisors Follow manufacturer guidelines, service bulletins, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Test units after repairs to ensure quality and proper operation Assist with prioritizing workload to meet service deadlines Stay up to date on new models, technology, and repair techniques Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience (automotive, powersports, ag, or small engine) Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills—able to identify issues without guesswork Familiarity with tools, equipment, and shop safety practices Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring Attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Time management skills and ability to handle multiple jobs at once Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and technology Valid driver's license Must provide own tools
