Job Description
Henry Repeating Arms is a family-owned business that manufactures several lines of classic, well-crafted firearms and is a leader in the firearms industry. Henry is seeking a full-time Lubrication Specialist at our Rice Lake location on 3rd Shift. Hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The CNC Lubrication Specialist is responsible for ensuring the reliability and longevity of all production and facility equipment through proper lubrication practices. This position develops and executes lubrication routes, monitors lubricant condition, maintains contamination control standards, and works closely with maintenance and operations to minimize equipment failures and maximize uptime. Some responsibilities of this position include: Perform scheduled lubrication on production equipment, utilities, and facility assets. Verify correct lubricant type, quantity, and application method. Maintain lubrication schedules per OEM recommendations. Report deficiencies through the CMMS. Maintain lubricant inventory and contamination control. Label and color-code lubricants and dispensing equipment. Dispose of used lubricants properly. Recommend lubrication improvements and participate in root cause failure analysis. Maintain accurate maintenance records and procedures. Follow all safety policies. Additional duties that are within a reasonable job scope may be assigned at any time. This job requires the ability to bend, reach continuously, and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in CNC and/or Industrial Maintenance preferred, but not required.
