Automation Technician I Location:
Richfield or Germantown, WI Shift:
12-Hour Day or Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
Pay:
$30
  • 43/hour
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 Responsibilities Program, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robots and automated equipment. Support production by resolving automation and machinery issues. Set up robots, EOAT, conveyors, and related equipment. Troubleshoot assembly equipment, including pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and hot stampers. Train team members on machine operation and robot setup. Support process improvements, new product launches, and automation projects. Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials. Follow all safety, GMP, and operating procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2-5 years of automation, manufacturing, or maintenance experience. Experience with 6-axis and SCARA robots; Fanuc experience preferred. Fork Truck and Lockout/Tagout certifications required. Experience with mills, lathes, saws, and hand tools. Technical education, toolmaker, or machine-builder experience is a plus. #
