What You'll Do (and Learn to Do) During training—and once you're on the job—you'll build the skills to: Install, test, terminate, label, and document fiber optic cabling Pull low-voltage cables through conduits, ceilings, and pathways (ISP/OSP) Interpret floor plans, port maps, and telecom drawings to execute work accurately Install ladder rack, fiber troughs, seismic bracing, and grounding systems Patch, label, and barcode network equipment with precision and consistency Work safely every day while learning alongside experienced technicians No experience? No problem—everything you need is taught during the training program. What We're Looking For A strong willingness to learn and take direction A safety-first mindset, plus reliability and teamwork Comfort using hand tools Readiness for hands-on, physical work Interest in technical systems, cabling, or construction-style environments Great attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset English/Spanish bilingual is a plus Eligibility to work in the United States Training & Pay (Earn While You Learn) Training starts starts October 12th and runs for four weeks (full-time), with new classes starting weekly $25.00/hour during training If you're local, you may commute daily If you're non-local, you'll receive company-paid housing, travel, and food for the duration of training Why
