KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Management Develop project plans, including timelines and resource allocation/planning, as applicable Coordinate and follow-up on key actions with internal and external stakeholders, as needed. Lead/manage project(s) as assigned by team leader / management based on business needs Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion Mitigate risks and help with problem resolution to keep schedules on time
Technical Support and Design:
Development of requirements and specifications for electrical and mechanical systems Create, review and/or approve engineering designs, drawings and specifications Ensure compliance to industry standards, codes and regulations Assist with other engineering tasks as defined by internal / external stakeholders
Communication and Reporting:
Prepare and present project status to stakeholders in format(s) acceptable to the team members. Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders Help address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle Other Responsibilities, as needed: Proactively engage in continuous improvement activities for design, manufacturing, and production Other responsibilities as assigned by team leader / management.
Compliance:
Complete cybersecurity and compliance training as required by policy Report suspected cybersecurity incidents or other security concerns to management as specified in policy and training material Escort and monitor visitors to the facility as required by training
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical / Mechanical) 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role Proficient in project management software/tools and/or methodologies Adept with MS Word, Excel (filters, formulas, short cuts etc.), and PowerPoint Must be detail oriented Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong written and verbal communication with an emphasis on interpersonal and organizational skills Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
: Knowledge and experience with electrical and electronic system Project management certification/experience

How proficient are you? Do you have experience reading schematics, manufacturing and/or designing electrical systems (i.e. wiring, cables, connections, PCBs, computers etc)? (Knowledge a plus)
