Job Summary A growing organization in the aerospace and defense industry is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Huntington Beach, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on hardware engineer with experience designing, prototyping, validating, and supporting multi-layer PCB assemblies and integrated electrical systems. The Electrical Engineer will work on advanced industrial hardware, including precision optical inspection devices and aerospace-grade component processing systems. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging PCB design, signal processing, lab validation, and cross-functional system integration. • Design and support multi-layer PCB assemblies, including power delivery, signal routing, ruggedized connectors, and electrical interfaces.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout using controlled impedance routing and signal integrity best practices.
• Lead board bring-up, electrical validation, troubleshooting, and hands-on lab debugging for prototype and production hardware.
• Support signal and power integrity analysis to ensure reliable system performance across operating conditions.
• Contribute to end-of-line test infrastructure, including test fixtures, firmware flashing workflows, and production validation sequences.
• Create and maintain electrical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, test procedures, and calibration documentation. Compensation and Benefits

  $140,000 to $145,000 per year.
