The Role Mach's Fall 2026 — Engineering Co-op is open for future engineers and builders who want to work with us. Depending on your background and team placement, you might work on: Autonomous systems — guidance, control, and navigation software for unmanned platforms Embedded firmware and real-time software for flight and drive systems Mechanical and structural design, manufacturing, and test of hardware components Propulsion, energetics, or systems integration for new defense platforms Tools, infrastructure, and simulations that accelerate engineering velocity What We're Looking For Enrollment in a BS, MS, or PhD program in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, computer science, or a related engineering discipline Intellectual curiosity and the drive to own problems end-to-end Genuine interest in defense technology, national security, or the future of autonomous systems Disclosures This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
