Role summary Assemble and inspect medical devices (including catheter assemblies) under a microscope in a regulated cleanroom, following SOPs, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices to ensure product quality and compliance. Key responsibilities
  • Assemble medical devices using microscopes and specialized tools.
  • Follow SOPs, line clearance, work instructions, and safety requirements.
  • Complete training and demonstrate correct use of travelers/routers, materials, and inspection tools.
  • Perform equipment setup, operation, and in-process inspections.
  • Use EFD dispensers, UV curing systems, and adhesives per safety guidelines.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections under a microscope.
  • Support documentation, inventory counts, and material control.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on product integrity and process improvements. Work environment
