This onsite role begins in Valencia, CA, and requires travel to San Diego (4-5 days/week for several months; travel reimbursed). This is a great opportunity for candidates with medical device, RF systems, or electronics testing experience . Key Responsibilities Lead failure analysis investigations for returned and non-returned products Develop and validate test methods, SOPs, and work instructions Review technical reports for accuracy, compliance, and completeness Analyze product performance trends and identify root causes using data tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R D, Manufacturing, Quality, Suppliers) Train and mentor lab technicians on troubleshooting and testing processes Support RF communication and electro-mechanical system analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required) 4+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and failure analysis Knowledge of RF communication systems and lab equipment Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Experience in medical devices or regulated environments preferred Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD & D Insurance Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
