Job Description Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company is seeking talented college students to join our 2027 summer internship program. Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business. Development Engineer Interns will provide electrical project support through: Design and fabrication of test article instrumentation Circuit analysis Harnessing, soldering, testing PCB design Electrical database administration Perform hands-on testing of electronic assemblies in a development lab environment Participate in environmental and dynamic testing of development, qualification, and production top-level assemblies Assess and analyze technical risks, then support the creation and execution of risk mitigation plans Generate technical reports for complex development tests and analyses As a part of our internship program, your experience will include: Robust projects with positive business impact Formal and informal feedback from managers Lunch and learn sessions featuring executives from across the business Networking and social events Visibility to all levels of leadership Qualified candidates will be pursuing a bachelor's degree with Junior standing at the time of application, in an Engineering discipline.
