An established and growing engineering-driven organization is seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong hardware and electronics background to support the development of advanced electronic products. This role centers on designing, testing, and improving electronic systems used in demanding environments, with a focus on reliability, manufacturability, and performance. You will play a key role in product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new technologies from concept to production while ensuring quality and compliance.Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic circuits and systems based on defined product requirements Build, test, and refine prototypes to ensure performance and durability in real-world applications Collaborate with mechanical, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration Support transition from design to manufacturing, ensuring consistency and cost-efficiency Drive improvements in product reliability, validation processes, and testing methods Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and EMC/EMI compliance standards Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for designs and processes Assist in troubleshooting field issues and provide technical support post-deployment Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced engineers where applicableQualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design and system-level development Hands-on experience with PCB design and layout tools (Altium or similar preferred) Solid understanding of product development lifecycle including design for manufacturability and testability Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.) Exposure to embedded systems is acceptable, but role is primarily hardware-focused Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and technical specifications Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Preferred / Nice toHave:
Experience with RF design or signal integrity considerations Exposure to compliance testing and product certification processes Background in industrial or ruggedized electronic systems Experience supporting products in field environmentsBenefits and Perks:
