Thomaston, CT A growing engineering organization is seeking an Electrical Engineer to serve as a key technical resource for the engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, performing engineering calculations, and continuously learning in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Analyze and solve complex electrical engineering challenges. Perform calculations, technical evaluations, and engineering reporting. Support product design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team to develop practical solutions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3-7 years of engineering experience. Strong math and physics fundamentals. Learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to grow. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and ask questions when needed. Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
