We work for our clients, and we work for one another. •Here's a glimpse into your day to day:•+ Support the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of facility electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and emergency power systems. + Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, safety, and production teams to support plant operations and minimize downtime. + Troubleshoot electrical issues affecting building systems, utilities, infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment. + Review electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications for facility upgrades and capital projects. + Coordinate electrical activities with contractors, vendors, utility providers, and other stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. + Support facility renovations, expansions, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects. + Assist with preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives. + Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for electrical equipment and system failures. + Maintain electrical documentation, drawings, records, and asset information. + Support equipment commissioning, startup, testing, and validation activities. + Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, safety, and operational performance. •You'll be a perfect fit if you have:•+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of technical education and relevant experience. + Experience working with industrial or manufacturing electrical systems. + Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safe work practices. + Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. + Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. _

Preferred Qualifications:

_ + Experience supporting facility infrastructure, utility systems, or manufacturing operations. + Familiarity with medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems. + Experience managing or overseeing electrical contractors and service providers. + Exposure to PLCs, industrial controls, automation systems, or process equipment. + Professional Engineer (PE), EIT, or other relevant certifications. + Experience supporting capital projects, facility expansions, or major equipment installations. •

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay:

$135,000-190,000 Annually (depending on experience) + Eligible for overtime pay + Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable) + PTO and Paid Holidays +
