- Position Summary
- The Electrical & Instrumentation Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling electrical and instrumentation maintenance, repair, and project activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Embrace and role model Qnity Core Values + Plan and prepare preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Required Qualifications
- + Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
Knowledge of:
+ Electrical distribution systems + Motors, drives, MCCs, and switchgear + PLCs, DCS, and process control systems + Instrument calibration and troubleshooting + Preventive and predictive maintenance practices + Experience withCMMS/SAP
systems. + Ability to read P&IDs, electrical drawings, loop diagrams, and technical specifications.- Preferred Qualifications
- + Strong planning and organizational abilities. + Project coordination and contractor management experience. + Cost estimation and budgeting skills. + Good communication and problem-solving abilities. + Knowledge of industrial safety standards such as NFPA, OSHA, and lockout/tagout procedures.
