Do:
We are seeking a self-starting, motivated T1 Electrical Engineer to design, test, troubleshoot and document Laser Systems for Land, Sea, Air and Space applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams for complex production programs.
  • Simulate, Design, Test and debug circuit designs.
  • Search and locate components for Military and Space applications.
  • Create programs microcontrollers and FPGA devices.
  • You will enter and maintain Electrical Engineering data into our MRP system and handle component changes as well as documentation changes.
  • Perform schematic capture and alterations.
  • Perform PCB layout changes.
Basic Qualifications:
  • BSEE from an ABET accredited institution.
  • US Citizenship
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Secret clearance is not required to start. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance for continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • GPA 3.25 or higher
  • Experience with Laser Systems
  • Experience with Military and Space specifications.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Experience in Cadence Allegro
  • Active Secret clearance.
Primary Level Salary Range:
$65,800.00 - $98,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
