You will leverage your expertise in electrical troubleshooting and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency across our plant floor. Responsibilities Execute complex electrical repairs and new equipment installations in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications and engineering standards. Partner with production teams to proactively identify equipment issues, ensuring maximum uptime and operational readiness. Implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to extend the lifecycle of critical plant assets. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in industrial machinery to support continuous manufacturing output. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities to track equipment health and performance trends. Collaborate with engineering staff to optimize machine configurations and improve overall system reliability. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance at a journeyman level. Advanced proficiency in single and three-phase industrial electricity and power distribution systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Proven experience with PLC programming, low-voltage control systems, and CNC machine maintenance. Background in heavy manufacturing or high-precision industrial environments. Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and modern predictive maintenance methodologies.
