Your Key Responsibilities Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for medium to large projects, ensuring full compliance with industry codes and client specifications. Serve as the primary discipline lead or project manager, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project milestones. Apply advanced knowledge of QA/QC procedures to review engineering deliverables, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and constructability. Mentor and develop junior staff and team members, fostering technical growth and adherence to best practices. Contribute to technical writing efforts and proposal development, supporting business development and client relationships. Conduct peer reviews and ensure that all electrical designs integrate seamlessly with architectural and mechanical systems. Maintain active communication with clients and regulatory authorities to resolve complex technical issues. What You Bring to the Role Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) may be considered based on extensive experience. 9 to 20 years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a specific focus on healthcare or higher education projects. Advanced proficiency with industry standard engineering software platforms and tools. Deep knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and QA/QC protocols for construction and design services.

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, training staff, and delivering mentorship.
