Job Description

Diamond Vogel is seeking a results-driven Project Engineer to lead and support capital and process improvement projects within our manufacturing operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while supporting efficient and innovative production processes. The ideal candidate is organized, technically skilled, and a strong communicator who enjoys leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead and execute capital (CAPEX) and process improvement projects from concept through completion Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate resources to meet project objectives Manage project budgets and forecast project spend Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and goals Promote and maintain a safety-first mindset in all project activities Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and environmental standards Lead project meetings and communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders Provide direction and support to team members and cross-functional partners Design and support projects using AutoCAD (required) and SolidWorks (preferred) Work with production equipment, including filling and packaging lines Support PLCs and controls integration as needed Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience with production equipment, including filling and packaging systems AutoCAD experience required; SolidWorks experience a plus PLC and controls experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment To apply for this position, please complete and submit our online application near the top of this page.
