Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior DSP Engineer to develop advanced signal processing solutions for communications, RF, sensing, and electronic warfare applications. In this role, you will design and implement DSP algorithms, develop software in C/C++, and support software-defined radio technologies. You will work closely with software, hardware, systems, and integration teams to take solutions from requirements and design through testing, validation, and deployment. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital signal processing, communications theory, and software development, along with a passion for solving complex technical challenges in a multidisciplinary engineering environment. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, Master's degree and 6+ years, or PhD and 3+ years of experience in DSP, communications, or related engineering disciplines.

Strong understanding of digital signal processing principles and implementation techniques.

Experience with communications systems and communications theory.

Proficiency in C or C++ software development.

Experience developing, testing, and validating DSP algorithms.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Must meet applicable ITAR requirements.

Software Defined Radio (SDR) experience.

Electronic Warfare, RF, radar, or communications systems experience.

Experience with signal detection, filtering, correlation, and sample rate conversion techniques.

Familiarity with system requirements development and requirements traceability.

Experience integrating software and hardware systems.

Working knowledge of Git, TFS, or similar configuration management tools.
