ELECTRICAL POWER DESIGN ENGINEER

Overview Join our team at a leading electrical power and control systems engineering company in Alpharetta, GA as an Electrical Power Design Engineer. We are looking for a skilled individual to support our expanding electrical power services. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience developing comprehensive electrical construction and specification packages Proficiency in load studies, single line diagrams, lighting design, and more Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and power system modeling tools Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite skills Experience with power relay settings and implementation Excellent communication skills Education Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam Completion Responsibilities Lead the development of electrical power load studies and construction packages Create electrical power specifications and bills of material Conduct field verification walkdowns and factory acceptance testing Provide after-hours support when needed Collaborate with Project Managers on project deliverables and cost estimates Travel up to 25% for project requirements Benefits Competitive salary with overtime bonus Benefit Time Off (BTO) for vacation, sick time, or holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) Matching Company-funded health insurance and health club sponsorship
