About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects, ensuring quality installations and adherence to safety standards. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in electrical systems, blueprint reading, and team leadership to drive project success. Your proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and knowledge of safety protocols will be essential to ensure efficient and safe operations. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor journeymen and helpers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Plan and coordinate project tasks, ensuring timely procurement of materials and efficient allocation of tools. Ensure effective installation of electrical systems, adhering to project specifications and industry best practices. Apply comprehensive knowledge of electrical tools and equipment to optimize project execution. Diagnose and resolve electrical system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or challenges. Accurately code time sheets, ensuring precise record-keeping for labor hours and project costs. Support the evaluation and training of team members, enhancing their skills and promoting professional growth. Qualifications Required Skills Possession of a current driver's license and reliable transportation. Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent training. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on electrical experience. Preferred Skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment. In-depth knowledge of 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems. Familiarity with Company Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-Com Policy, and Lockout/Tagout Policy.
